Responsible for the supervision of consumers in a Congregate Treatment Residence program serving mentally ill and/or chemically addicted individuals. Responsible for the safety of consumers, cleanliness of the residence, providing and documenting weekly restorative services, meeting with treatment teams and other outside professionals, conducting medication counts, and other required paperwork.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or the equivalent, and one (1) year experience in human services is required. Bachelor’s degree or some college courses as well as experience with mentally ill and chemically addicted individuals is desired.
Must have ability to read and interpret documents in English with ability to complete written documentation and perform mathematical calculations. Must have ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) with clients and co-workers.
Valid NYS driver’s license is required.
